How do I wash my bandana?
- Because our bandanas are handmade, we recommend that you hand-wash with cold water and lay flat to air dry. Machine wash and dry at your own risk. May iron if needed.
- Since our products are handmade, we do not accept returns. If you come across a problem with your order, please email mysunthreads@gmail.com to get it fixed ASAP.

How long does it take to receive my order?
- Your bandana will leave our shop 3-5 business days after ordering. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method chosen.
Do you offer a military discount?
- Of course. We offer a 10% discount to say thank you for your service. Please email mysunthreads@gmail.com with proof of military service, ie a current LES or military ID (with sensitive info covered). The 10% will be refunded back to the card you paid your order with. This is done after the full payment is received. (Cannot be combined with another sale.)
